You will need to be in a quiet location with internet connection and a video calling device - example phone or computer.
It is extremely important that you find a completely confidential space for yourself where you can speak freely.

Things too remember
- It may be useful for you to use earphones.
- Once you have tried this way of working you discover that it is similar to working face to face. You can still connect and work together.
- Don't worry what you are wearing or where you are. I am not here to judge I am here to help.
